4.2. Innocenti S.A. has no direct corporate relationship with the former Italian Innocenti S.G. company, whose original scooter and industrial operations ceased in the early 1970s. No license, affiliation, endorsement or historical succession should be inferred unless expressly stated in writing by Innocenti S.A.

4.3. Italian design DNA from the Milan region is honored and the Lambro project is supported by the Lambretta Museum in Rodano, Italy. This implies no historical continuity with Innocenti S.G.

4.4. Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos or imagery is strictly prohibited. All rights reserved.

9.1. These Terms are governed by Swiss law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions in the country where the user has their habitual residence.
