Pozzetti dodici
Twelve flavours.
Twelve stainless-steel pozzetti of four millimetres, insulated by a three-layer vacuum wall. Temperature stable at −14 °C, even at 35 °C outside.

Lambrate · 1947

A mobile gelateria in pistachio and cream. Stainless-steel pozzetti, a marble serving counter and a scalloped awning with deep shade. For the beach, the piazza, the hotel terrace — wherever the afternoon asks for something cool.
Story
The gelateria is a ritual. Between four and six, when the sun softens, the queue begins. The conversation starts with the choice, and only ends at the third lick. The Vento Gelato moves this ritual — to the beach, the boulevard, the wedding in the olive grove.
Twelve pozzetti in four-millimetre stainless steel, cooled by a whisper-quiet compressor beneath the serving counter. The counter itself is cream-white Verona marble with polished edges. The scalloped awning is Italian canvas, in pistachio and ochre.
No music, no advertising. Only twelve flavours, a bronze scoop, and the afternoon shade slowly crossing the counter.
